Programmes & ActivitiesActive Attitude specialises in assisting children with developing fundamental movement skills and provides sporting opportunities at a recreational and competitive level. If competitive sport isn’t something your child is interested in, then we have more advanced recreational opportunities that they can choose from so they continue to develop more challenging skills.

Active Attitude also has a range of programmes available for Schools and Early Childhood Centres.

GYMNASTICS CLASSES

Gymnastics is the foundation of our organisation. Gymnastics is truly a ‘super sport’ and assists children with developing fundamental movement skills which are required for other sports, hence gymnastics providing the ultimate pathway to your child’s future sporting ambitions. The strength, flexibility and agility that gymnastics provides over time is phenomenal.

BEAT THE FEET & AEROBICS CLASSES

Learn the very basics of Aerobics in our Beat The Feet class.

Aerobic Gymnastics is combination of dance and  gymnastics skills.  Performing to music, it is fast-paced, fun and energetic.

High intensity routines with continuous movements, which develops agility, co-ordination and self confidence.

TUMBLING CLASSES

Learn floor based skills such as flips, forward and backwards rolls, tucks, handsprings and handstands.  Our coaches will guide you guided through step by step skill progressions.

TRAMPOLINE CLASSES

Flip, twist and bounce your way to Trampoline mastery! Learn a series of skills on the trampoline and work through the levels.

PARKOUR CLASSES

Want to learn Parkour tricks? Come along to our Parkour class and see what new skills you can learn. Participants will get the opportunity to find out about Parkour and learn how to adapt their movement to obstacles in their environment. A great way to increase body awareness!

CHEER SPORT CLASSES

Cheerleading classes have now started at Active Attitude.

Cheerleading is an internationally recognised team sport that combines skills such as stunting, jumps, dance along with tumbling.

SWIMMING

One-one tuition or group sessions are available. Active Attitude can come to you and bring along swimming equipment to assist learning. We do not have our own swimming facility, therefore we utilise home pools, school pools or community pools (if possible).

Are you an adult who has never learnt to swim? Did you have a bad experience which put you off water? Does your child have a fear for water or are they currently struggling to learn in a group situation? Private one-one lessons may be a good option.
