Holiday Programme Update/New Holiday Club Memberships
Hello families,
We’re evolving our Holiday Programme to Annual Holiday Club Memberships to make sure every child attending has the best possible experience, through our focus on individual needs and support.
We wanted to give you plenty of time, so you can budget and plan accordingly.
What’s changing (and when)
- December 2025 & January 2026: We’re running a hybrid model with very limited casual “pay-per-day” places (up to 10 spots per day) and the remaining places reserved for Annual Holiday Club Members.
- From April 2026 onward: Holiday Programme access will be for Annual Holiday Club Members only (no casual day bookings).
Why we’re making this shift
Over the past year we’ve seen a much wider range of needs among children in holiday care. To keep quality high, we’re moving to a smaller group and more consistent approach to who we have attending, with the ability to learn more about each child’s individual needs in advance and match the right staff to groups of children, who can cater activities to their collective interests. This also lets us add specialist gym/skills workshops that many of you have asked for.

Your breakeven = $1,995 ÷ your usual “day + extended” price
- If you normally pay $75/day → breakeven 27 days
- We offer 57 days of holiday programmes per year - so you save, plus you lock in priority access.

- If you normally pay $75/day → breakeven 33 days
- We offer 57 days of holiday programmes per year - so you save, plus you lock in priority access.
How to secure your child’s place
Option 1: Annual Holiday Club Membership (best value + certainty):
- Guarantees access for all the holiday programmes we have on offer over a 12-month period (including extended hours) *See full list of these dates below.
- Automatic enrolment into our holiday programmes (no need to book each holiday, you just let us know if your child isn’t attending)
- Annual Holiday Club Membership price:
Special Introductory Offer to our first 10 Holiday Club Members: $1,995 (limited - available for the first 10 memberships purchased). Once these Holiday Programme memberships have been allocated, the standard rate for Holiday Programme membership will be $2,455 (and limited to up 20 children – once the available memberships are allocated, we will not be taking on additional memberships, until memberships expire in a year’s time).

Option 2: Limited casual day places for Dec 2025 & Jan 2026:
- To allow a transition period and enough time for parents to budget for our adjustments, we will be taking up to 10 casual places per day for December & January only, before Annual Holiday Club Memberships become the only form of attendance from April 2026 holidays onwards.
- Dec/Jan holiday programmes bookings have opened today, these are first-come, first-served. Register here to secure your child’s spots.
